The replacement parts took around a little longer than I hoped to arrive, but I did get them in the end and everything was about okay

I was hoping this would be a bit more solid for my garden, but it ended up feeling wobbly. Even in normal wind, it didn’t seem very stable, so it wasn’t quite what I expected...

I was pleasantly surprised by how much choice Agriframes has!! There were way more styles than I expected, and I found different arches and plant supports easily. A few things did feel a little pricey, so I wouldn’t quite give it 5 stars, but overall the range is really good and I’d definitely use them again.

The designs are pretty. I liked the overall look. Some pieces just feel a little old fashioned to me.

Putting this together was way more annoying than it should’ve been. The instructions had me going in circles, and I spent way too long trying to figure out what was supposed to go where. Some of the parts didn’t line up right either, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

I ordered a garden arch, and overall, I’m happy with how it looks. No real problems with it, it does the job, and it’s a nice addition to the garden. I do think the price is a bit much, for what you actually get, though. Delivery was fine, nothing special, but no issues either. I’d maybe buy from them again, especially if there was a sale

The box arrived and there were parts missing, so I couldn’t even finish putting it together. I ended up having to chase around trying to get the missing bits sorted, which was really frustrating. For the price, I just expected it to be... complete.

I checked the item and it looked like it was in stock, so I kind of rushed ahead and planned around it. Then I found out it actually wasn’t available, which was frustrating. It would really help if the stock updates were clearer and more accurate

It’s a good quality piece and it does look nice, but it ended up being a bit too big for my small garden. I thought I had the perfect spot picked out, then had to move things around and rethink the whole layout, which was more extra work than I wanted. Nice product, just maybe not ideal if you’re tight on space.

I bought an Agriframes arch last year, and to be fair, it does look really nice in the garden. Assembly was fairly straightforward too, although a few of the parts felt a bit lighter than I was expecting for something at this price.
After being outside through the winter, it’s starting to show some wear, and one section has bent slightly. It’s still usable and looks fine from a distance, but I expected it to feel a bit tougher and more durable. Not a terrible buy, just didn’t quite live up to what I had in mind.

I was disappointed when it showed up. The box was badly crushed, and I kind of regret ordering it because the packaging just didn’t feel protective at all...

Not gonna lie, the product itself seems totally fine, but the assembly instructions were a little too vague for me. A few clearer steps or some photos would’ve saved me a decent amount of time. I figured it out eventually, but I had to guess on a couple parts along the way. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just more confusing than it needed to be.

I got this from Agriframes because I figured, well, it’s meant for outside so it should be alright in normal bad weather. But after a few weeks of wind and rain it started looking rough. Some parts have bent a bit and the coating already looks worn, which seems a bit quick to me. I kept going out after storms to check it, which sort of defeats the point, I think. Maybe it would be fine somewhere more sheltered, but for what it cost I expected it to handle the weather better. Disappointed tbh

For some reason, once I had paid, getting any help became almost impossible. The after-sales support was really disappointing, and I felt pretty much left on my own.

I ordered a garden frame and, to be fair, it did turn up and the product itself was absolutely fine once it arrived. The only downside was that it came later than the original date I was given, and the tracking wasn’t very clear, so I ended up having to chase it. I don’t want to be too harsh because the item was as expected, but the delivery side could definitely be more reliable...

So... I had a bit of a hassle with my order from Agriframes as one of the parts was missing, and it did take a while to get a reply from them.
Once I managed to get through to someone, they were helpful and sent the missing piece out. It turned up a few days later and fitted without any issues.
It wasn’t the smoothest experience overall, but they did get it sorted in the end, so fair enough.

To be fair, the ordering part was fine, but the return process was really frustrating. My refund took way too long to come through, and I had to follow up more than once to get anywhere. The replies I got weren’t especially helpful either. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they make returns a lot smoother

The finish looked really good overall. I usually assume there might be a few tiny imperfections with this kind of thing, and there were just a couple small marks, but nothing major.

It’s okay overall! The quality is decent, but it does feel a bit flimsy to me. Not bad, just not super sturdy 🙂
